We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel appointments where necessary.

5. Payment

Pricing is displayed on the website and may change without notice.

Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits where applicable.

8. Professional Boundaries

Tantric Muses maintains professional standards and reserves the right to immediately terminate any session where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, disrespectful, or violates established boundaries.

No refund will be provided for sessions terminated due to client misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tantric Muses shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch or European law.
